Tipton Ju-Jitsu club was formed in early 2001 by sensei's Barry Smith and Wayne Rice.

The club then merged with a Wolverhampton based Ju-Jitsu Club, instructed by Sensei Terry Boorer. Members could cross over and get the benefits of experience from a variety of instructors.

Sensei Wayne Rice branched further a field to take on a club in Acton Trussel, branching the club's members throughout the Midlands. With this merge the club decided to take a more meaningful name 'Korekushon'.

The Tipton club has now closed and relocated to Wednesfield due to better facilities on location.

The word "Ju-Jitsu" means "The gentle art" which is what the club is all about. The aim of the club is to encourage self defence, rather than aggression.

Korekushon Ju-Jitsu Association welcomes any new students who are interested in martial arts or self defence. All that is required is a positive and respectful attitude towards the art and that you are over the age of 8.
